  9. The Klipper Library, Spring '94 is a freeware library.  That is the .LIB
  10. file may be used freely, without royalties and without payment of any
  11. kind to the author.

  13. The SOURCE code for the library (almost 750K bytes, 30,000+ lines, including
  14. descriptive headers) is available for only $25.00 US Funds.
  15.  
  16. That's a deal in any currency!  This get's you a decent on-line help
  17. facility, a recycling memo field replacement system, several menuing
  18. options and some really neat other stuff.
  19.  
  20. Foreign checks must be drawn on an American Bank, or you may use an
  21. International Postal Money Order.  The source code is NOT freeware
  22. and may not be distributed except as described in the LISCENCE
  23. AGREEMENT which follows.

  94. Library source code, (*.PRG files) only in the country where you acquired it.
  95. The Library source Code is copyrighted, and licensed (upon payment). We do not

  122.        ownership on each copy or partial copy, of the Library.

  133.        as provided for in sections A 1), A 2) and A 3) above.

  140.        party of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other        
  141.        intellectual property infringement.

  146.        2. loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or

  152.        Library or it's source. We have no obligation to provide service,
